This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the information that Stage Front Tickets, Inc. (“Stage Front,” “we,” “our”) gathers on or through your use of our website which includes any data you may provide through the website (“Site”) when you contact us or schedule a Demo.  This Privacy Policy also explains how we use and process such information, as well as your privacy rights and how the law protects you. For each processing purpose we will articulate the reason for requiring the data, what data we will process, the legal basis for processing the data and how long we will keep the data. Where the legal basis of consent is to be used, this will be gathered freely, and we will use clear, plain language that is easy to understand, and you will be able to remove your consent at any point. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information that we process as data processors on behalf of our customers in the course of providing our identity verification, digital pass, ticketing, or access control services (“Services”).

It is important that you read this Privacy Policy, together with any other privacy policy or fair processing policy we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you, so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. This Privacy Policy supplements other notices and privacy policies and is not intended to override them. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Site is subject to the most current version of this Policy.

Data Provided Voluntarily.

While using the Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: (i) email address; (ii) first name and last name; (iii) and phone number. This data may be shared with third party Service Providers for the purpose of contacting you about the Services.

Information Collected Automatically.

Like most companies offering online services, we may collect the following information automatically via cookies or other tracking technologies when you access the Site (“Usage Data”). 

Performance cookies collect information about how visitors use the Site; for instance which pages visitors go to most often, if they get error messages from web pages, the time and date of a visit, and browser type and version. These cookies do not collect information that identifies a visitor. The information that these cookies collect is aggregated and anonymous. It is only used to improve how a Site works and to understand who our visitors are and how they use the Site.. Retention of Your Data.

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to contact you as requested. We will retain your Usage Data only for as long as is necessary for internal analysis purposes to improve Site performance. We will retain and use your Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, and we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. That said, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Transfer of Your Data.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at our operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing, maintaining, or storing Data are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your Data and other personal information.

Disclosure of Your Data.

Anonymized and Aggregated. We do not disclose the specifics of Personal Data or Usage Data publicly, but we may share aggregated and anonymized versions of the information in website and customer usage trend reports.

Business Transactions. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Legal Requirements. Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Security of Your Data.

The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Company will not be responsible for any damages you or others may suffer as a result of any loss of Data or its confidentiality or security.

Children’s Privacy

Our Site and Services are not designed for minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly gather Personal Data or Usage Data from individuals in this age group. In the event we discover that we have unintentionally collected Personal Data from someone under the age of 18, we will take prompt measures to erase such information. As a parent/guardian, please contact us at legal@stagefronttickets.com if you believe your child is participating in an activity involving personal information on our website, and you have not received a notification or request for consent.

Release and Indemnification.

You hereby agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stage Front and its owners, members, managers, agents, representatives, insurers, employees, parents, subsidiaries, related and affiliated entities, successors and assigns, from and against any and against third party claims, liability, contributions, compensation, damages, judgments, losses, actions or demands (including, without limitation, costs, damages and reasonable legal and accounting fees) alleging or resulting from or in connection with: (i) your use of the Site, (ii) any products or Services of Stage Front provided to you, (iii) your breach of the Privacy Policy, Stage Front’s Terms of Use, or any other published policy of Stage Front, (iv) the collection, use, processing, maintenance, storage, retention, sharing, disposal, sale, lease, transfer or disclosure of your Personal Information by Stage Front or any third-party vendor or service provider engaged by Stage Front, (v) your use of any trademarks, logos, and/or other intellectual property in violation of any third party rights, and (vi) mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance including any claims you might have under laws protecting intellectual property and personal privacy.

Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue.

This Policy and its validity, construction, enforcement, and interpretation shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to choice of law rules. You agree that any action concerning the terms of this Policy, which are not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set forth above, shall be brought exclusively in the Courts of Broward County, Florida, USA, and you agree to accept service of process pursuant to the Florida Rules and procedures. 

Waiver of Jury Trial.

You hereby expressly waive any right to trial by jury for any disputes arising out of or otherwise related to this Policy or your use of the Site.

CCPA Privacy

This privacy notice section for California residents supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and it applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California.

Personal Information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994.

As defined in the CCPA, "sell" and "sale" mean selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's personal information by the business to a third party for valuable consideration. This means that we may have received some kind of benefit in return for sharing personal Information, but not necessarily a monetary benefit. We do not sell your personal information, including Usage Data or Personal Data, without express written consent.

  8. Comply with a legal obligation.

  9. Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

5. The right not to be discriminated against. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of your consumer's rights, including by: (i) denying goods or Services to you; (ii) charging different prices or rates for goods or Services, including the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties; (iii) providing a different level or quality of goods or Services to you; and (iv) suggesting that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or Services or a different level or quality of goods or Services.

Exercising Your CCPA Data Protection Rights

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable request related to your personal information.

Your request to us must:

  1. Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative

  2. Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with the required information if we cannot:

  1. Verify your identity or authority to make the request

  2. And confirm that the personal information relates to you

We will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and with prior notice.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable request's receipt.

For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

You have the right to opt-out of any potential sale or share of your personal information. Once we receive and confirm a verifiable consumer request from you, we will refrain from any sale or share of your personal information.

Mobile Devices

You can stop the collection of location information from your mobile device by changing the preferences on your mobile device.

"Do Not Track" Policy as Required by California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

Our Services do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

However, some third party websites do keep track of your browsing activities. If you are visiting such websites, you can set your preferences in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
